Hello, my name is Justine Bowman and I am the operator of Urban Jars Digby!

With my husband Jake by my side, we are very excited to bring healthy and conveniently prepared meals to Digby and the surrounding area.

As a couple who work in Health care, I know the importance of nutrition and its role in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. I know that nutrition is often the first thing most individuals neglect, especially on those busy night shifts or when life gets crazy. Buying fast food or pre made meals full of junk and preservatives has become just too easy. This is where our convenient service comes into play! We are a low-waste business committed to bringing nutritious and delicious prepared food into your busy life. You will know what every ingredient going into your jars is! Just grab a jar and go!

Our goal is to help our community spend less time in the kitchen and more time doing the things you love all while taking care of your body! Urban Jars are made fresh each week and delivered to your home or place of work. Our *colourful* jars stay fresh for 7 days. There are a variety of options available, each being fully customizable, making a jar option available for everyone! We source locally as much as possible, including future plans of providing vegetables from my very own garden. Not even our scraps go to waste!
